When registering and paying for a TV + subscription, automatic renewal is enabled in your account, you can turn it off at any time without losing prepaid days. To disable the subscription, you need to enter your personal account on the portal https://tvplus.kz/ in the browser of your mobile device and click on the Disable renewal" button. After disabling the renewal, the user can restore it any day, also in the same portal.
To turn off a paid subscription, you must sign in to the TV+ app on your mobile device. In the application, click on the account, go to the Subscriptions section, open the settings and remove the subscription.
To activate the promo, you need to enter the portal https://tv.telecom.kz/ promo in the browser of your mobile device, enter the phone number to which you want to activate the subscription and the promo code. To confirm activation, you must enter the code from the SMS received on the entered phone number. To use the subscription service activated by promo codes, you need to download the TV+ application to your mobile device/SmartTV or open the web portal https://tv.telecom.kz/.
The user can pay for a paid subscription in two ways according to the prepaid and postpaid scheme. To connect a paid prepaid subscription, just select a paid subscription on the showcase https://tvplus.kz/, log in and link a payment card. To activate a subscription on a postpaid basis, you need to contact Kazakhtelecom JSC through online sales channels (on whatsapp or on 160).
A lock on a channel means that you are restricted from viewing this content. Check, most likely you are facing one of the following situations:
1. You are not logged into your account
The application will tell you about this when you try to start the TV channel " Viewing is not available. Log in to your account to watch TV.

2. The package of channels is not connected, or the channel is not included in the connected package
— At launch, an error occurs "To start viewing, subscribe"
— If all channels are blocked - check the connection status of the package and make sure that there is no financial blocking
— If some of the channels are not available - specify the composition and content of the connected package
Note:
Some channels are available only when an additional package is connected: VIP Premiere, VIP Megahit, VIP Comedy, Viasat Sport HD, Viasat Nature/History HD.
The TV+ App has a recommendation system that automatically sorts channels based on how often they are viewed by the user. The most favored channels automatically rise up in the main channel wall.
The user can create his own watch list by adding the necessary TV channels to the Favorites" list. To do this, just click on the icon in the interface when viewing the channel. Favorite channels are always available on the main, the first selection below the advertising banners.

Most likely, we have not yet acquired the rights to show a movie or series due to various circumstances, or the rights have expired. For this reason, the movie or series is not available to watch. But we are constantly replenishing our catalog and will try to have what you are looking for soon. In order not to miss the appearance of a movie or series on TV+, turn on push notifications to the TV+ app on your mobile device.
