Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy applies to the TV+ KAZAKHTELECOM service and its related applications for web, smart TVs, and mobile devices (the “Applications”).

Such information includes the user’s email address and may also include the date and time of use of the Applications and IP addresses.

The statistics collected by the Applications include information about the types of devices on which the Applications are used, as well as navigation patterns and usage of the Applications.

3.Use of Information

The information collected through the Applications is used exclusively to improve the TV+ KAZAKHTELECOM service and may not be used in any manner that allows identification of the user, except for authorization purposes within the Applications.

In particular, a user’s account cannot be linked to the usage statistics collected by the Applications.

4.Copyright

The content accessed by users of the TV+ KAZAKHTELECOM service is provided in accordance with the copyright laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the necessary licenses and all required license agreements, authorization letters, and other legally valid agreements.

The design of the Applications, as well as the organization and presentation of the content (including public domain information), are the property of Kazakhtelecom JSC.

Any copying, distribution, duplication, or modification of the content available in the Applications of the TV+ KAZAKHTELECOM service, other than through the functionality of the Applications themselves, is strictly prohibited.

5.Trademarks

The TV+ KAZAKHTELECOM logo is a trademark of Kazakhtelecom JSC.

The logos of television channels used in the Applications are the property of their respective rights holders and are used under license.

6.Disclaimer of Warranties

KAZAKHTELECOM JSC MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR GUARANTEES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) WITH RESPECT TO THE TV+ KAZAKHTELECOM SERVICE AND ITS RELATED APPLICATIONS, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, INFORMATION, OR SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH WEBSITES.

Neither Kazakhtelecom JSC nor its partners shall be liable for any costs or damages arising directly or indirectly from any such actions related to the use of JSC Kazakhtelecom JSC and its affiliated applications, materials, any products, information or services provided through the websites. The “TV+ Kazakhtelecom” service and its related applications are provided on an “AS IS” basis.

Under no circumstances shall Kazakhtelecom JSC its managers, officers, employees, agents or authorized representatives be liable for:

any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, without limitation, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of programs or data, etc.) resulting from the use of or inability to use the TV+ KAZAKHTELECOM service or its related Applications, materials, information, or transactions, even if the possibility of such damages has been advised; or

any claims related to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the TV+ KAZAKHTELECOM service or its related Applications.

7.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kazakhtelecom JSC, the TV+ KAZAKHTELECOM service, its related Applications, officers, directors, employees, agents, and authorized representatives from and against any losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees and expenses), claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the TV+ KAZAKHTELECOM service or related Applications, or any violation of this Privacy Policy.

8.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy constitutes a legal agreement and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
